Meet The Chef

Angelica Dantzler

As early as I can remember, I have always been interested in cooking. 


My inspirations were my grandmother and my dad. We would spend hours in the kitchen making everything from baked goods to southern favorites. As I got older, I realized that my dad’s health was beginning to decline due to his  poor food choices.  I became aware of how eating unprocessed foods could benefit our health.  Once I  realized cooking was my passion I begin to pursue the necessary education and training in order to be credible in my profession.  

I am a graduated of Johnson and Wales University with my Associate in Culinary Arts and Bachelor in Food Service Management. After graduating, I have worked in restaurants, country clubs, and corporate food service.

 I offer  personalized menus for my clients, shop for the freshest ingredients, and prepare their meals. I also teach cooking lessons, catered dinner parties and small events.
